REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

At SnapStax, we want you to love your purchase.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition

  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery


REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted)

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)


SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Sale items, clearance items, promotional items, and storewide discounted purchases are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product:

  1. Contact us 

  2. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address via email


RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, mail it to the return address provided by our support team via email.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

Depending on your location, shipping times for exchanges may vary.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
